HOW IT WORKS

How am I charged?
After your first payment when you enroll, you will be charged on the 1st of each month. All credit data is stored in a secure, off-site, third-party database.

How do I cancel?
Simply email info@alchemiespa.com by the 31st of any month. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, which you should keep for your records. If you cancel after the 31st your membership will still be cancelled, but you will receive one final massage or facial credit.

Can my friends or family use my membership or discount?
You can convert unused sessions to gift cards as gifts to friends and family. You are the only one allowed to use your membership discount for products and services.

What if I want to come in more than once a month?
You may pay the same membership rate for additional sessions during the month plus 10% off any additional services at any time, or if you know you will be coming in more frequently you can purchase one or more additional memberships.

If I purchase a 60 Minute Massage or Signature Facial membership can I upgrade some of my sessions?
Yes, you can always upgrade by paying the difference between the price of your membership session and the price of the session to which you want to upgrade.
