We suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment, allowing yourself time to check in, use the restroom, and enjoy some complimentary tea and water.

We provide an Infrared Sauna as an added service for $55 for 45 minutes with a shower included.

When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to enter a credit card in order to complete the reservation and secure your appointment, due to our cancellation policy. This card will not be charged upon booking and does not need to be used when checking out for your service. You will be charged at the completion of your service(s).

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of service.

When scheduling same-day appointments, please keep in mind there is no longer a window of time to cancel or reschedule. Feel free to contact reception by phone or email to make changes to an existing appointment, or to cancel.

As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text and/or email before your appointment.

Refund Policy:

While we do not offer refunds for services, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissastisfied with the service you receive, please email hello@alchemispa.com and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.

Return Policy:

You may return unused or unopened products for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a product has been opened we can only offer in-store credit.

Our providers can only provide the treatment within the time slot allowed. We will try our best to accommodate as much time as possible.

You will have the opportunity to change once your provider escorts you to the treatment room

All our facials are pregnancy safe. We do have some products with ingredients we may stay away from due to pregnancy but they can be subsititued with other products.

Before your facial treatment, we ask that you avoid for at least 7 days:

• Use of any Retinal products

• Any aggressive exfoliation

• Botox or Fillers

• Chemical peels

• Microneedling

• Microblading

• Dermaplaning

• Laser resurfacing/hair removal on the face

If you have any active cold sores, we ask that you reschedule your appointment immediately.

We use the following products in our holistic facial treatments:

ISUN, Wildling, The Body Deli, Living Libations, Mama Sol, Odacité, Lé Mieux.

We believe healthy skin and wellness start early and we welcome all ages. We ask that minors have parental consent and sign our minor liability waiver at check in.

It is not recommended if you are just going home. If you are going out to party, back to work or just running errands - Absolutely!

Just remember to cleanse before bed.

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for those with facial hair before a facial. If you choose to shave before your facial, be sure to do so at least one day before your scheduled appointment.

We recommend our holistic facials every 3-5 weeks and our Hydrafacial treatments every 6-8 weeks.

Sorry, at this time Alchemie is set up for individual private services. You may book two services at the same time, but they won’t be in the same room.

Before your massage session, we ask that you stay hydrated, show up fresh & clean, wear something loose and comfortable, leave jewelry at home if you can, and eat a light meal.

We can perform massages for those who are 16+ with parental consent.

Guests may undress to their comfort level. Clean linens are provided so that you are adequately covered during your massage.
