Cancellation Policy:

We know that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the appointment start-time will result in a charge to the credit card on file, 50% of the service cost. When scheduling same-day appointments, please keep in mind there is no longer a window of time to cancel or reschedule. Feel free to contact reception by phone or email to make changes to an existing appointment, or to cancel. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
